Barley Hill Childcare
Our most valuable asset is our team of hand-picked highly qualified and experienced childcare staff, who everyday provide a loving and stimulating fun environment for the child in their care to grow and develop.
We are committed to securing and retaining a team of staff and encourage further training and up-skilling of staff at workshops and seminars in order to continuously improve the quality of our service. Key workers are assigned for each age group.
We
have an open communication policy with parents and welcome feedback. We
encourage parents to participate in outings and family days during the year.
Newsletters are prepared for parents quarterly. A diary is recorded for
individual babies/toddlers.
Our outdoor childcare play area in the Wexford countryside is a safely fenced grassed paddock which provides plenty of natural surroundings for play and exploration.
Nature is a big part of our curriculum. The children enjoy planting seeds and watching them grow, watering and pulling up their vegetables and preparing them for the table when they are ready to eat.
